Paul began his career with several technology start-ups in the Silicon Valley region, and transitioned into the Education Technology space over 20+ years ago. He is a seasoned sales leader that has assisted in the growth of several notable EdTech companies such as PowerSchool, Pearson, BlackBoard, DreamBox Learning, Achieve3000, and McGraw-Hill. During that time, Paul held positions leading large teams both nationally and internationally in the areas of sales, client success, and channel partnerships serving districts/schools, education service centers and charter management organizations.
Schiffman is now a Managing Partner of ProspectEd Search & Consulting, a firm that specializes in go-to-market strategy and organizational capacity building, as well as the recruitment of sales, marketing and customer success professionals for EdTech companies in the K-12 market. ProspectEd is proud to partner with the Texas Education Alliance to provide talent acquisition services to clients looking for sustained growth in the Texas region and beyond.
